Navroze Eduljee is the founder of Cordjia Healthcare Solutions and Cordjia Technology Services and serves as President and CEO.

Navroze has over 22 years of technology management experience at Fortune 100 companies and a proven track record of implementing innovative and right-sized technology solutions that deliver significant return on investment. He is experienced at leading initiatives to implement comprehensive business intelligence programs designed to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and drive application intelligence.

Navroze is also a co-founder and Managing Director of Cordjia, a private equity firm that delivers long-term financial gains for investors by providing flexible capital, key managerial and deep operational expertise needed to unlock the vast growth potential of middle market partners and real estate ventures.
Prior to starting Cordjia Technology Services, Navroze spent 15 years with MBNA and Bank of America in key business technology roles. He most recently served as the Director of Business Performance Management, with responsibility for implementing value added marketing technology and business intelligence solutions across the $180 billion consumer credit card and small business portfolio.

Navroze received his BS in Physics from the University of Bombay, India, and his MS in Computer Science and Business Administration from Temple University.
