Director, Strategy & Business Development
Chad is the Director of Strategy & Business Development for Cordjia Healthcare Solutions, and also serves as Director of Business Development and General Counsel for Cordjia, working with all of the Cordjia companies.

Chad has 15 years of business experience with responsibilities including operations, business strategy, venture formation and financing. Chad works with the Cordjia Healthcare team on developing concepts for its healthcare solutions, working with hospitals to identify value creation opportunities, and various other business development responsibilities.

Prior to working with Navroze Eduljee and Dr. Tom Bauer on the founding of Cordjia Healthcare, Chad joined Cordia in 2008 as its VP of Business Development and General Counsel after serving as a member of the legal team that represented Cordjia in connection with its formation and its first two private equity investments. Before joining Cordjia, Chad practiced corporate law in Delaware, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity.

Chad received his B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College, and his J.D., cum laude, from Widener University School of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. Following graduation, Chad served as the judicial law clerk to Justice Joseph T. Walsh, Senior Justice of the Supreme Court of Delaware, which is the highest Court in the State and decides many of the most important corporate and business law cases in the United States of America.
